Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. Because your reservation holds equipment, staffing, and event time specifically for you, the following terms apply to confirmed bookings.

Reservations and Booking Deposits

A 25% booking deposit is required to secure your reservation and is applied toward your total rental cost. This deposit is separate from any refundable security or damage deposit.

Cancellation Requests

Please submit cancellation requests in writing by replying to your booking confirmation or using our website's contact form. Include your name, reservation number, and event date.

Cancellation timing is based on when we receive your written request, measured from your scheduled rental or service start time in Las Vegas local time.

Your booking deposit and other payments count toward the cancellation charge; they are not added on top of it. Payments exceeding the applicable charge will be refunded. Any remaining cancellation balance is due upon cancellation.

Cancellation charges exclude refundable security deposits and will be adjusted for applicable tax refunds. Charges may also be reduced to account for costs avoided or replacement bookings and will not exceed amounts permitted by law.
